Architects in Preston, North West England, we design new buildings to delight the user and respond to place.

We have completed a range of projects including new buildings, housing, master planning, and historic building work. Recent projects include a new village extension at Bletchingdon in Oxfordshire, residential projects for the Duchy of Cornwall in Dorset and Herefordshire, and restoration works at significant listed buildings, including Blackpool Tower and Cartmel Priory.

The practice has worked with the Prince's Foundation on public consultations and workshops connected with new residential development, most recently at St. Weonards in Herefordshire. We have recently completed the design of new buildings in the historic garden settlement of Whiteley Village in Surrey. This project is typical of our work in that it involved the insertion of new buildings in a sensitive historic environment.

We travel countrywide to work with a wide range of clients, including landowners, trusts, community groups and private individuals. Recent clients include Duchy of Cornwall, Whiteley Homes Trust, Duke of Lancaster’s Housing Trust, Blackpool Borough Council, Cartmel Priory, Lancaster RC Diocese and Mulgrave Estate, North Yorkshire.

We are consulting architects to the Duchy of Cornwall and members of the Professional Network of the Prince’s Foundation for Building Community.
