Blackpool Tower opens

For the past nine months we have been working as historic building architects for the refurbishment works to the Tower top and interior at Blackpool Tower. These areas were opened to the public on 1 September. New features include the glass floor at the tower top.
Towcester Racecourse, Northamptonshire

The Grace Grandstand at Towcester Racecourse was completed in 1997 at a cost of £1.3M. It was seen as part of the Racecourse’s drive to attract a clientele beyond racing, being planned for conference and social uses. It has a Members’ Bar and a first class restaurant overlooking the Course. There are six hospitality boxes on the top floor with a continuous gallery with a view of the Racecourse.
